The villa is much larger than the average rental villa with over 3,000 sq ft of space and is air conditioned throughout. We appreciate that often 2 or 3 families get together to have the holiday of a lifetime, the villa provides ample space for groups of 12+ and has 3 separate lounge areas enabling people to have time to themselves after a busy day together.
There are 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, 3 of the bedrooms are en-suite with one of the en-suite rooms being on the ground floor.
The pool area is luxurious and boasts a large pool with integral hot tub. There’s lots of lounging areas and a covered dining space (Lanai) outdoors to make sure you get the most of the great Florida weather.
