Before you arrive

Prior to your departure, we will send you clear, precise instructions and a map showing you how to get to the villa.

Meet and greet

As an additional service, if required we can organise a meet and greet service for you. To show you where everything is and how everything works. They will give you the keys and answer any questions you may have.

Welcome pack

Waiting for you at the home will be a complimentary ‘Welcome Pack’ containing the immediate essentials such as bread, eggs, milk, butter, cheese, crackers, coffee, tea, cookies & sodas for the kids and a complimentary bottle of wine or a pack of beers.

Whilst you are staying in our Vacation Home Our management company are only a Toll Free Phone Call away should you have any questions or require further services.

Information pack

Our home contains an 'Information Book' packed full of useful information on how things work and where the major parks etc. Also remember you have the Internet service as well and can access this website a well for the useful links.
